How do we work? A large part of our time we spend sourcing candidates for specific assignments. When we contact you we believe that the position potentially could be of interest to you based on prior contact. We will potentially also approach you for the first time if you are referred to us or we find your experience matching to the role we are sourcing for.

Interviews If the candidate is interested in the proposed position; the first step is an interview with us. If we consider their experience and motivation to be a match to our client’s requirements we will shortlist the candidate and make an introduction to our client. We will be transparent with regards to details around the job, unless there is a confidentiality clause linked to the position. We interview via Skype or telephone and when possible we meet the candidate in person.
